Meet Your Captain: Born to Fish, Raised in Cedar Key
Saltwater Outlaw Charters was established in 1992 by 4th generation
Cedar Key native Tracy Collins. Tracy grew up in Cedar Key, spending much
of his life as a “waterman,” working as a Cedar Key fishing guide for
30+ years and, in his youth, was extensively involved in commercial
fishing. He learned much of his craft from his uncle Edgar “Yellow Legs.”
Campbell (deceased in 2000), considered a local legend for his nearly
7 decades as a commercial fisherman and fishing guide. Tracy is married
to his wife Shelley. Captain Tracy offers inshore and backcountry fishing
charters in Cedar Key aboard a MicroDraft MDX 20. Give him a call to
