Established in 1992,
Saltwater Outlaw Charters (SOC) offers premium fishing trips out of Cedar Key, Florida. We fish on the beautiful inshore flats and in the back country areas primarily for redfish and trout. However, numerous species are often caught (seasonally) such as cobia, mackerel, shark, sheepshead, snook, tarpon, black drum, flounder, and tripletail.
We fish aboard a 2018 MicroDraft Extreme 20. All equipment is provided (including fishing licenses). While inshore trips tend to stay relatively close to 'home', sometimes the Capt. will venture to areas east deep into Waccasassa Bay and north to the famous Suwannee River.
Children and families are absolutely welcome. The Capt is known to give quite the science lessons concerning fish, birds, other wildlife and the outdoors in general.

ABOUT THE CAPTAIN
Tracy Collins is a 4th generation Cedar Key Native.
He has deep family roots in Cedar Key. He has spent his entire life as a "waterman", having been extensively involved in commercial fishing and running charters boats. He learned much of his craft from his Uncle Edgar "Yellow Legs" Campbell (1922-2000) who was a legendary Cedar Key fishing guide in the later half of the 20th Century. Tracy is a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the area's people, history and culture"
